Bass Harbor Light, ready for sale. As you can see, I've made quite a few tonal changes since the first couple of photos/lessons. My goal was to keep it dark enough all over to account for the light being lit, but not so dark as to mask the details. I've made some of the rock details a bit sharp, and kept others soft for contrast. Making all of the rocks sharp and angular would be too hard on the eye. I added a dark reflection of the little point of evergreen trees near the horizon, which adds to the depth. A suggestion of a fence between the house and the small structure in front was added for realism's sake. Thanks for joining in, and see you next time.
