I can hardly believe that my first show in Conneticut is in a bit over a month. I've been checking off the items on my to do list like a good girl, but still have quite a bit to do. Today we bought the supplies to build four canopy weights. I learned today that in view of the horrid weather in the midwest, some shows no longer allow EZup canopies because they are not stable enough. Hope that stays in the center of the country! To invest in a more stable type of canopy costs a minimum of $900. Still, I'm determined to be as prepared as humanly possible this year. Come wind, rain, mud, heat, cold--I'll be able to withstand it. I just hope the art lovers will brave the elements and come out to see what we have to offer.
