The Madison show was somewhat of a disappointment because it was not what I had expected. Bigger, very sprawled out, and 90% crafts and food. Another artist and I had the same opinion: "Most of the spending being done was on kettle corn! Nevertheless, I did manage to sell the original, "Trellis" and some note cards, so all was not lost. The day couldn't have been more perfect weather-wise, and as always, we met some great people. Best of all, I got to add another lovely collector, from Webster, CT., to my buyers list. All in all, though, I will not return to that show. The two others I'm doing in that state are definitely ART shows and in better areas.
Oh--in response to Sandy's question about grampa's farm--that was a generalization. lol
Thanks for the comments! I love to get them -- they make my day!
