Not to be one of those people who doesn't practice what they preach, below are three of the five new paintings I've done specifically for the June show in bar Harbor. They are all of scenes local to the area, and all are good sized works.
In addition, I have booked our hotel reservations for the weekend of the show, and doing it this early ensured that we got the same location we've had several times before and like very much. Below is another of the five, a fishing village on Monhegan Island. As soon as I finish the last of the five, I'll post it as well. It's one of the bridges on the wagon/hiking paths on Mt. Desert Island.
So, Happy New Year, everyone! Let's make 2018 our best year ever!
